A winemaker's signature,
born in 2016

It was in January 2016 that Julien Gros laid the foundations of his eponymous estate, taking over several family plots to develop his own vision of wine: precise, demanding, and deeply rooted in respect for the terroir.

Located in the heart of Burgundy, on the Route des Grands Crus near Nuits-Saint-Georges, the estate spans 2 hectares and produces wines across three appellations: Savigny-lès-Beaune Clos du Village Monopole in white and red, Corton Grand Cru Clos du Roi, and Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru.

In January 2026, after ten years of existence, the estate took a new step by moving to the village of Comblanchien, into a fully redesigned building optimised from vinification through to ageing.

Our philosophy

The grapes are entirely destemmed and the vinifications, conducted with care, seek to faithfully express the personality of each Climat — without seeking to impose.

The ambition: wines of finesse and elegance, both accessible in their youth and capable of improving with time.

A heritage
engraved in the arms

The hunting horn and stars that adorn the estate's crest are not mere decorative motifs. They carry a history — that of a winemaking family rooted for generations in the Burgundian lands.

The hunting horn The hunting horn evokes tradition, vigilance and a deep connection with the land. It symbolises the call to perpetuate a demanding craft.
The two stars They watch over the estate and embody the promise of renewed excellence with each vintage — creating a great wine is above all a patient and noble art.
The chevron The solidity of the foundations: perseverance, balance, love of the terroir, passed down from generation to generation.
Red & Green Red for the red wines — passion and the generosity of Burgundian lands. Green for the whites — freshness and the light that bathes the hillsides.
